Shipping and Return Policy

1. Shipping

Orders are delivered through reliable partners such as PostNL or DHL. Track & trace information will be provided once the package is shipped. Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout.

2. Delivery times

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days, depending on stock and crowds. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

3. Returning

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Products must be unused, complete and in original packaging.

How do you return a product?

1. Email order@rodribv.com with order number and product.

2. You will receive return shipping instructions.

4. Exceptions to return rights

• Products that - Products must be returned undamaged, clean and in original packaging.
• Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
• No warranty or return for damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the manual.

5. Refund

Upon receipt and verification of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days via the same payment method.

6. Defective products

Please report defects directly at order@rodribv.com with photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
